Third-party licences
SubLunio uses open-source components. Their licences apply independently of the service terms.

Browser media engine: libav.js and FFmpeg
The browser media engine is built from libav.js 6.10.9.0 and the dependencies identified in its corresponding-source bundle. FFmpeg libraries and LAME are distributed under their applicable LGPL terms. The exact notices, sources, patches, dependency sources and build configuration are distributed with the built engine.
The project's media/Dockerfile and media/config.json reproduce the selected build. The application does not impose restrictions overriding the applicable component licence. A build enabling additional components must be reviewed for its resulting licence.
Desktop FFmpeg and ffprobe
Desktop packages use separately executable FFmpeg and ffprobe sidecars with LGPL-compatible configuration and dynamic libraries. Their version, configuration, notices and corresponding-source archive accompany each installer release. They are not linked into the application as a proprietary static library.
The applicable licence grants its stated rights, including permitted modification and replacement. Obtain native binaries and sources for the matching release and platform. An operating-system signature check does not remove rights granted by the component licence.
CookieConsent
CookieConsent 3.1.0 is self-hosted under the MIT licence. The complete copyright and permission notice is distributed in the vendor directory. It manages necessary, functional and analytics choices without an externally hosted consent-manager script.
Application and interface dependencies
Python libraries are pinned in requirements.txt. Desktop Rust crates are identified by Cargo.lock; Svelte, TypeScript, Vite and Tauri dependencies are identified by the JavaScript lockfile. Release packaging collects dependency notices and retains licence metadata. Do not remove notices when redistributing packages.
SubLunio branding and service content are separate from third-party component licences. Any licence for the project's own code is stated in its distribution. This page does not grant rights in films, recordings or subtitle source material.
Inter typeface
Inter 4.1 by the Inter Project Authors is bundled and served locally under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The original font file and full licence are included in every source release. No external font service receives visitors’ requests.
